As a compound production base with globally leading single-plant production capacity and advanced production equipment and testing equipment, Taicang Guanlian Polymer Material Co., Ltd is a private high-and-new-tech company with an integration of R&D, production, sale and service. 

It was established in 2004. According to its nationwide developing and strategic plan, Phase II was put into production in 2016, Chongqing Plant was put into production in 2017, and the construction of Wuhan Plant will commerce in 2020.   

Total area of its projects designed by our company is nearly 100,000m2.

Since “Made in China 2025” was laid down, technical revolutions made by tire or rubber production enterprises have been gradually changing from mechanization to automation. 

Linglong Tire is not an exception.

Over the past few years, Linglong’s AI warehousing and logistic system(rack warehouse) designed by our company, which is logistic renovation project in Linglong’s plants in South China’s Guangxi Province and Thailand, is erected rapidly one after another. 

Over the past few years, we have been actively following the “Belt&Road” initiative and “going globally”strategy.

At the end of 2018, we, the leading party, and France-based and UAE-based design companies jointly started to do the design work for Roadbot Tire Industries Co., Ltd Abu Dhabi Project. After the construction of this project is completed, the annual production capacity can reach 12 million PCR and 1.2 million TBR; furthermore, this project is the first project in China-UAE “Belt&Road”Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone.   

After Roadbot Abu Dhabi Project is put into production, it will make an active effect on UAE’s economic restructure and will be a significant event showing deep development of production-capacity cooperation between China and UAE. 

Established in December 2003, Datwyler Sealing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing various rubber products for automobile braking system. It is affiliated to Datwyler (Switzerland) Group-a  long-history multinational enterprise with diversified business. The construction of its mixing workshop project started in 2014; this project was co-designed by our company and Datwyler (Switzerland); its architecture is a combination of Chinese and European traditions; first-class equipment are used for this project;this project makes Datwyler leave a significant mark in China’s history of rubber development. 

Established in 2000, Wuxi Boton Scien-Tech Co., Ltd is a listed private enterprise, whose business scope covers AI conveying and service of modern bulk material and mobile network. It has R&D and annual production capacity of 18 million m2 high-strength new compound conveyor-belt. Its products can be used for harsh industry and mine. Its market share in China ranks high for consecutive years. With total land area of 80,000 m2 and total construction area of 120,000 m2, the “Hongshan Base”was designed by our company, and constructed  from 2019; after the construction is completed, it will be a model conveyor-belt plant with environmentally-friendly and artificial-intelligence manufacturing.    

In 2015, Sentury Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd 12 Million High-Performance PCR Project designed by our company made use of production line with the highest automation, information technology, artificial intelligence in the tire world and relied on the most advanced automatic production control system to realize automatic production from raw material, internal mixing, component, tire building, curing, testing to warehousing. The plant planning and design, and logistic plan ensure the high-efficiency land use and optimize production capacity.

In 2016, Qingdao Sentury Tire Co., Ltd was the first private enterprise that was awarded the permit to produce aircraft tire. Now the construction of Sentury’ s 80 thousand aircraft tire project designed by our company has been completed. 

In 2020, the second plant of Sentury Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd is under vigorous construction; after the construction is completed, it will be the Chinese enterprise with the largest scale of tire production in Thailand.

In March 2019, the construction of ACTR project, a joint venture by Sailun Group and Coopertires(US) with design work done by our company, started; in November of the same year, the project was successfully put into production.  

In March 2020, Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd 3 Million TBR Project designed by our company is ready for construction commencement.

Shandong Haohua Tire Co., Ltd is a professional tire manufacturer but also one of China’s private tire manufacturers with larger production capacity. At present, it has two TBR plants and one PCR plant. From the construction of Phase I(TBR plant) in 2007 until the successful start of production of Phase V(TBR plant extension project) in 2018, the design works on TBR/PCR production processes, TBR/PCR civil engineering, TBR/PCR utility projects and others were all done by our company.

Huaqin Rubber Industry Group(HRIG) was established in 1989 and set up a joint venture with Pirelli Group in 2005. In 2014, Tongli Tire Co., Ltd was established, and the construction of 2 million TBR project designed by our company started. In 2017, Jining Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd was established, and, in the same year, the construction of 12 million PCR project designed by our company started. The above projects were all designed and constructed according to the FM certification requirements, and relative production equipment were all imported from Germany, Holland and other world-famous equipment suppliers. HRIG' s workshops for production of rubber conveyor belt and hose were all designed by our company.
